300 g dates paste
80 g whole tahini
1/3 tsp cardamom powder
4 tbsp puffed quinoa
1 tbsp unpealed sesame seeds
- Neat the dates paste, tahini and cardamom in a bowl until uniformly mixed.
- Add the puffed quinoa and neat until well mixed.
- Roll by hand cherry sized balls out of the dough and roll each ball in sesame.
