When switching to another energy supplier, you must take a proactive approach and contact the company directly. This means visiting a local branch or, even better, going to the website of the company you chose to fill out the online application form. You should sign digitally only after carefully reading the contract conditions – especially the price and the contract period.
Choose your energy provider
This market was traditionally fraudulent and confusing, but recent laws from the EU are changing this, allowing you to choose your energy billing company freely.
There are a few parameters to take into consideration when choosing a supplier, such as your average daily consumption patterns. However, ultimately, we chose Octopus Energy.
While some Italian comparison websites, such as SWITCHO, exist, we found the information there confusing.
