Levantine Salad

Serving amount: 10 portions
Preparation time: 30 min


5 ripe tomatoes thinly diced
1 long cucumber or 3 small cucumbers, thinly diced
½ bunch of parsley, finely chopped
½ bunch of fresh Nana mint, finely chopped
juice out of 1 lemon
30-50 ml olive oil

Spices by flavour: salt, pepper, sumac


50 ml tahini
2-3 spring onions
8 lettuce leaves
pita croutons


  1. Mix the vegetables and herbs in a salad bowl.
  2. Add lemon juice, olive oil and spices and mix well.
