Serving quantity: for 4 persons
Preparation time: 45-60 min
Ingredients
1,5 l water
400 g peeled sweet potatoes
300 g carrots
200 g onions
100 g red lentils
60 ml native bio-olive oil
15 g garlic
15 g fresh ginger
15 g tumeric powder
2 TL salt
¼ TL cinnamon
¼ TL blakc pepper
a pinch of nutmeg
Preparation
- Cut all vegetables in rather large pieces for the cooking process and sauté in a pot with oil (approx. 2 min).
- Now add the water with the remaining ingredients except the ginger and cook until sweet potatoes and lentils are smooth (ca. 45-60 min).
- Add the ginger and purée the soup with a magic wand.
