Crunchy Halva Balls

Serving amount: 30 balls
Preparation time: 30 min

Ingredients

300 g dates paste
80 g whole tahini
1/3 tsp cardamom powder

4 tbsp puffed quinoa

1 tbsp unpealed sesame seeds

Preparation

  1. Neat the dates paste, tahini and cardamom in a bowl until uniformly mixed.
  2. Add the puffed quinoa and neat until well mixed.
  3. Roll by hand cherry sized balls out of the dough and roll each ball in sesame.
